Apparel Graphics

DATE -> 2021-2025

ROLE -> Illustrator + Product Designer

These pieces sit at the intersection of illustration, design, and personality. Some were created for friends’ small businesses, others for design contests or just for fun. Each one reflects a distinct tone or subculture, from tongue-in-cheek metal aesthetics to expressive character-driven design. The throughline is craft, clarity, and a sense of play.

Black hoodie and white t-shirt, both featuring a graphic of a skeleton skull with a cap, surrounded by flowers and flames, with the text "Petalheads" on top and "Vallejo Street Dahlias" at the bottom.

END-OF-SEASON MERCH DROP
VALLEJO STREET DAHLIAS 2025

  • Designed for a friend’s dahlia farm, this shirt was made for the loyal crew who help clear the fields at the end of each flower season. He coined them the “Petalheads” and wanted something fun and gritty to gift them.

The client wanted it to reflect the “Rat Fink” style, by Ed Roth. I studied the exaggerated, expressive look and applied it to this one-off design. I created both light and dark versions, each hand-built for its specific format.

A joyful and funky tribute to the grimiest part of flower farming.

Orange hooded sweatshirt with white text and graphic design on the back, featuring multiple translations of the word "artist" in different languages, and a smaller white logo on the front pocket area.

PERSONAL PROJECT
WG CRTV TEAM 2023

  • A personal project, this sweatshirt was created as a playful tribute to the creative community. Its one of those pieces that lives somewhere between statement and inside joke due to it's safety-cone orange color.

Tie-dye T-shirt featuring black graphic design of a retro computer with a creepy face, surrounded by flames and Star-shaped stars

WORLD WIDE WEB DESIGN CHALLENGE
RAW PAW PRINT STUDIO 2025

  • Created for an online design contest hosted by Raw Paw Collective, this shirt was my take on the prompt “World Wide Web.” I leaned into a mix of internet nostalgia, heavy metal energy, and weird character design. Channeling the chaotic spirit of early tech with a playful, possessed edge. It was a chance to experiment stylistically and have fun pushing the tone a little further than usual.

Two t-shirts, one white with green text and graphics, and one black with white text and graphics, promoting community love and a day dedicated to beautifying neighborhoods.

CITY-WIDE SERVICE DAY VOLUNTEER SHIRTS
BEAUTIFUL DAY 2023

  • Beautiful Day is a city-wide volunteer initiative. In 2023, following a leadership transition, we aimed to reenergize the campaign with a lighthearted tone. I created “Dipper the Paint Can” as a playful mascot tied to the year's theme, drawing on the rising rubber hose cartoon trend.

For flexibility, we also offered a simplified alternate shirt design, giving volunteers the option to choose their preferred look.

A collection of streetwear including a black hoodie with white graphic text, a yellow T-shirt with a black abstract sketch, a brown cap with a skull and crossbones patch, and a black cap with similar skull design.

PERSONAL PROJECT
WG CRTV 2023

  • A small-batch series of illustrated apparel, created as a playful side project exploring design for T-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. Some pieces were gifted to our creative team and summer interns as a fun way to build connection. Others were shared at cost with friends and through social media.
