PROJECT TYPE -> Two Year Fundraising Campaign
This multi-million dollar fundraising initiative was rolled out in phases over two years, beginning with a vision preview and later expanding into a full-scale campaign. As the sole designer and producer, I created all visual and communication materials, including branding, messaging, print, digital, and in-service assets.
The visual identity was designed to feel distinctly WestGate while standing apart from day-to-day communications. It needed to be warm, trustworthy, and clear, with enough presence to carry momentum over an extended timeline. Every piece was built with that in mind: high information, visually grounded, and shaped by the culture and community it was made to serve.
CAMPAIGN IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT -> I worked with leadership to develop a visual identity for Here to Stay that felt distinct while still aligned with WestGate’s broader brand. I created a custom wordmark and an icon inspired by foundational growth, reflecting the design language of our existing system while giving the campaign its own recognizable voice. The goal was to balance familiarity with strong presence across all formats.

BOOKLET DESIGN + STRUCTURE -> These early sketches show the foundational planning for the Here to Stay booklet. I mapped out content structure, visual pacing, and key messaging before moving into full design, ensuring the final piece felt both clear and intentional from the start.
FINALIZED BOOKLET -> These pages show the interior layout of the Here to Stay booklet, designed for clarity, warmth, and momentum. The content was structured to guide readers through the story of the campaign with visual consistency and space to engage. A small printed card was included as a takeaway for personal reflection and response.
ROTATING PERMANENT DISPLAY -> To support ongoing visibility for Here to Stay, I created a permanent rotating display for our campus digital signs. I developed the content strategy, wrote the messaging, and designed the visuals to align with the campaign while adding clarity and context. Each slide was built with intentional hierarchy and clear calls to action, ensuring the signage functioned as both a visual reminder and a next-step prompt for viewers.

PRE-LAUNCH MATERIALS -> To build early momentum, I created a set of visually distinct materials ahead of the full campaign launch. These pieces were aimed at our core supporters and advance team, designed to generate interest, share essential information, and set the tone for what was coming. The visual shift helped mark this phase as something in motion, laying the groundwork for the broader rollout.
